Can I change my e-mail?
Yes, when you login on our service page you can change your email. An email will be sent to the new address to confirm the change.
Where can I change my account login password?
You can change your password on the "edit profile" page.
Can I update my root password from the service page as well?
No it is not possible to set your root password from the service page. It is however possible to reset your root password. A new password will be assigned to your server when you do this.
I did not receive my root password. Is there a problem?
No, there isn’t. For security reasons, we don’t send root passwords via email. You can view your root password on your secure login page.
Can I delete my account?
Please send a message to delete your account.
How long will it take to set up my account?
It’ll take you a matter of minutes. Simply, register with your email, choose a password and your account is ready to use.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No, there isn’t. You can terminate services at any time – not forgetting to pay outstanding charges in full.
What level of support does VPSServer.com provide?
We provide basic support only. Questions and queries that are more complex should be directed to our community pages.
Is it possible to upgrade/downgrade my VPS?
You can upgrade your VPS at any time. You can only downgrade a VPS by terminating the existingit VPS and getting a new one.
Can I cancel my VPS subscription? How?
Simply terminate your VPS using the control panel.
